W. David Case is a title attorney in Sevierville, the county seat of Sevier County, Tennessee, and home to such well known vacation destinations as Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Prior to coming to Sevier County, Mr. Case worked for Chicago Title Insurance Company in Chicago, Illinois, and is a graduate of the training program for title examiners administered by Chicago Title and Trust Company. He is an approved attorney for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and Ticor Title Insurance Co.

David Case has a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Sociology and Spanish), both from the University of Tennessee. David Case has also studied Spanish Literature at the graduate level and speaks Spanish fluently.

Military Service

David Case was a commissioned officer (Cpt., Armor/Armored Cavalry) in the United States Army Reserve and served eight years in the 489th Civil Affairs Co. (now 489 Civil Affairs Bn) which provided civil affairs support to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
