"Don't Be on the Wrong Side of a Lien Law" 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. Registration 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. Mechanics' and Materialmen's Lien Law Revision 2008 ALTA Policy Changes 10:00 - 10:15 a.m. Break 10:15 - 11:45 Short Sales Review of Liens that affect the title to property in Tennessee This event will be offered at no charge to TLTA members. Space will be reserved on a first registered, first served basis due to limited capacity in each location. Therefore, early registration is encouraged. Registration for non-members is $100. This event is approved for 3 hours general CLE credit. 3 hours CE credit is anticipated
